Cancellation Policy

Overview

We understand that travel plans may change. However, cancellations will be subject to the following charges based on the time of cancellation.

Cancellation Charges

• From booking date up to 7 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost
• Between 6 to 3 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
• Within 3 days of departure: 100% of the total package cost (Non-refundable)
• No-show: 100% of the total package cost (Non-refundable)

Cancellation Process

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
• Cancellation will be effective only after acknowledgment from our team.

Additional Conditions

• Cancellation charges may vary for flights, hotels, or third-party services as per their respective policies.
• Any rescheduling requests will be subject to availability and additional charges.
