Payment Policy

Overview

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. All payments must be made as per the timelines mentioned below to confirm and secure your travel arrangements.

Payment Terms

• A 40% advance payment of the total package cost is required within 5 days of booking confirmation.
• The remaining 60% balance must be cleared at least 21 days prior to the travel date.
• Bookings are subject to confirmation only upon receipt of the advance payment.

Pricing Policy

• All prices are indicative and may vary by up to ±10% at the time of booking, depending on availability and supplier pricing.
• Final pricing will be confirmed only after booking confirmation.

• Bank Transfer
• UPI / Online Payment
• Any other approved payment method shared at the time of booking

Important Notes

• Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
• Any transaction charges or gateway fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
